Pileus: 20 to 30 mm,. Cream‑white, smooth to very finely velutinous. Broadly fan‑shaped, with a straight to slightly lobed margin. No visible zonation or fibrillose patterning.
Lamellae: Narowly spaced. Pale cream, with no visible brown spore deposition yet (likely immature). Radiating strongly from the lateral point of attachment. Moderately broad, with smooth, even edges.
