Description:
SPORANGIA: Sporocarpous to simple plasmodiocarpous, gregarious, laterally strongly compressed, constricted at the base,0.3-0.6 mm diam. wide.

HYPOTHALLUS:
Inconspicuous

STALK:
Absent.

PERIDIUM:
Double, the outer layer calcareous, crustose, bright yellow outside and white within, the inner layer membranous, whitish due to the sparse lime deposits, wrinkled and forming reticulations. Dehiscence along a preformed apical fissure.

COLUMELLA:
Absent.

CAPILLITIUM:
Reticulate, consisting of hyaline threads and rounded to somewhat angular white nodes. Spore-mass blackish brown.

SPORES: Pale brown, globose, 7.5-8 µm diam., evenly verruculose.

PLASMODIUM: ?
HABITAT: On leaf litter.
