Forest Fungi Quick Reference Guide

Introduction
line
I created this guide way back in 2006 when I was going out with our local Botanical Society who would ask for names of the fungi I had stopped to photograph. Although I recognised most I have such a poor memory I could never recall the Latin names so this was my way to over come this, besides who can pronounce those Latin names :).

Once people had become aware of my guide they all wanted a copy so I had it commercially printed and made available. Unfortunately time has caught up with it, with DNA sequencing increasingly used to name our native fungi. Resulting in names changing at such an alarming rate that its impossible to keep the book up to date with it likely to have errors even before I can get it to the printers.

Even now two years since I ran out of stock I am still getting inquires for copy's as there is nothing else available I have decided to make this available as a free down load in the form of a PDF file. It's up to you to have it printed and bound or view on your computer as you wish. As a bonus it's going to be a lot easier to keep a PDF file up to date.
